Any orders shipped outside the EU territory are accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Delivery times
The order delivery time consists of two parts; order processing time and shipping time. The order processing time may vary depending on the availability of the products included in the order, but as a general rule we aim to send the orders within 1-5 business days of receiving the order. The shipping time depends on the shipping option and the destination country. Estimates of transport times can be found below in the information for each transport option.
Delivery costs
We have very low shipping rates, because we send a lot of packages. If you want to know your shipping rate, please fill your cart with delicious Scandinavian goods and go to Checkout. The delivery costs of each order are calculated individually based on its weigh by volume (1 m3 = 200 kg), destination country, delivery method and is specified at the initial stage of ordering after you select your destination country.

Customs Duties, Fees and Taxes
When receiving an order, the buyer is fully liable for the payment of the customs duties, fees and taxes if applicable. We strongly recommend to contact FedEx or UPS customs clearance department of your country and clarify the conditions of collecting customs duties.

Soon after pick-up you will receive email or text message from UPS with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to UPS Service Point or UPS Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.
