Question 9: What should I do if a product is received in a damaged condition?
Answer 9: If you received the product in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service by e-mail: info@scandinaviangoods.us and provide the photo picture(s) of damaged product. Then we will send you a replacement of damaged product or refund the cost of the product and its delivery.
Question 10: Can you deliver to my country?

Question 11: What happens if I am not at home, when my order is delivered?
Answer 11: If you are not at home, when your order is delivered, the courier of the delivery service will leave you a note that you have missed the delivery, and you will be asked to contact the delivery service to reschedule delivery time.
Question 12: I have a registered company in an EU country with a valid VAT number. How to buy Scandinavian goods without VAT?
Answer 12: If you are buying an item(s) for a company registered in one of European Union Member States, 0% VAT will be applied to your order as it is intra-Community trading. For that, please send details of your order to our sales department by e-mail: info@scandinaviangoods.us and we will send you an e-invoice.
Question 13: Does Scandinavian Goods online store offer a shipping discounts for combined items?
Answer 13: Yes, of course, we offer our buyers a shipping discounts (the more you buy, the more you save - save up to 99.9%).
Question 14: Can I cancel my order?
Answer 14: Yes, You can cancel your order without indicating the cause thereof within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation of the order, if the order has not been sent to the delivery service. In case of cancellation of an order, the seller return the cost of the product and delivery to the buyer, deducting cost of the order cancellation which is 25% of the total order value.
