I am so spoiled. My Daughter who lives in Sweden brought me home some Karisma and Crescendo coffees a few years ago and I have been hooked from that time. I even brought 8 bags back when we visited last year. After deciding to make a "Thank You" gift basket for a friend, I realized that life is too damn short to drink bad coffee and I ordered a whole bunch. I was expecting the delivery to take 2-3 weeks and was blown away when it arrived in about ONE WEEK. The box arrived in perfect shape and there wasn't even a crease in the bags. The only thing that could have made this any better was if I could have gone and picked it up myself. The product was perfect and the service far exceeded my expectations.
