Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to almost every country in the world with the exception of any countries that our carrier (UPS) is unable to deliver to (e.g. Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually sent within 1-3 working days. Please note, that during seasons and campaigns, the processing time may be longer.

Once the order has left our warehouse, your order will be delivered to you within 2-10 working days, depending on the delivery method you choose.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please let us know by writing to our e-mail: info@scandinaviangoods.us. When returning product, the buyer is responsible for the transport risks and return costs, except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product.

Product must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Product must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please note that food products are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive the item(s).
